Meal Plan Monday

Meal Plan Monday...my how I've missed you. It's been awhile...and I'm just sick of making excuses.
Last night during our 6 hour drive home I was thinking how long its been and how crazy the next few weeks will be. So I made a decision I'm going to try to get back into doing this since I'm trying to eat healthier. We got home at 8:30pm, we unloaded the car and I went to the gym at 9pm....while on the stairmaster I made a few decisions- 1 )I hate the stairmaster...a lot, but it helps me trim down......2) I hate the movie Double Jeopardy......it just annoys me and I'm not sure why.(It was playing at the gym, this isn't an AJ random thought out of thin air). 3) I wanted a banana....well I really wanted a cookie but I know that's a bad idea. So after my workout I went to the store at 11pm(yea it was great because it was empty! normal people were asleep). I got chicken, salad fixings, and a few individually packaged hamburgers and steaks that were on clearance.

I got home and I immediately turned on the oven. I put the chicken breasts in and some tilapia with lemon juice. I washed, chopped, and prepped all the veggies. I made the salad and put it in large tupperware for the week. I need to eat super healthy to get things done. Got cleaned up while the food baked. Then put it away for quick low cal lunch :) before I went to bed.

Monday- Tilapia and salad with a peach, Dinner: Baked chicken with salad & banana
Tuesday- Baked chicken with Salad & peach, Dinner: Broccoli, chicken, veggy stirfry.
Wednesday- Baked Chicken with Salad & banana. Dinner: Steak for DH Chicken for me with broccoli
Thursday-Baked tilapia, salad, and strawberries. Dinner: I will have chicken & DH will have burgers with broccoli, potatos and onions.
Friday-Dinner with my family visiting...thinking I will make lasagna and salad.
