Free tax software through the IRS

I see many people posting about free tax software(Turbo Tax) if you make under $31K or are active military. I don't many people who this applies to. But I do know of a better deal DH and I used for several years through the government. If you go to the IRS website-www.irs.gov
click on free file for information(they have an icon) on the far right side that talks about it. But basically if you make under $57K individually you can use it they have several major tax companies that work them to use their software. I have always used HR Block's Tax Cut software and never had a problem. I actually just did our taxes last night. :) If it applies to you great, it sure beats paying $30-$65 for software to file.
